An AI Lead is one post that has been scored by our AI intent analysis. When a keyword-matched post is found, AI evaluates whether the poster is expressing genuine purchase intent for a product like yours.

### What counts as an AI Reply?

An AI Reply is one generated suggested reply to a lead. You click "Generate Reply," the AI writes a contextual, natural-sounding response mentioning your product, and you review it before posting.

### Does ReplyGain post for me?

Never. ReplyGain drafts a reply, but you always review and post it yourself. Your accounts stay safe and your voice stays authentic.

### What happens when I run out of credits?

Your dashboard stays active. You can still see post titles and matched keywords, but AI reasoning and reply generation are locked behind an upgrade prompt. You can buy an add-on pack ($9 for 100 leads + 100 replies) or upgrade your plan.

### Can I try ReplyGain before subscribing?

Yes. The 7-Day Pass ($12, one-time) gives full Starter-tier access for a week. One per account.

### What's the refund policy?
